Post Cruise Disorder
Welcome all future and fellow cruisers to this site. If you have never been on a cruise before then I recommend experiencing one. If you have, then you are aware of the disease I am afflicted with Post Cruise Disorder.
PCD is a chronic disease that strikes millions of vacationers every year. While PCD is not known to be fatal there is no cure. Temporary relief is possible by contacting a cruise line or travel agent and booking another cruise.

Symptoms:
PCD resembles and takes on characteristics of several more well-known disorders. Each sufferer is affected differently and may have degrees of change. More pronounced symptoms may include, but not be limited to, depression, attention deficit, compulsion and excessive need to discuss their cruises.
The most common of the symptoms is the uncontrollable compulsion to tell anyone who will listen about their disorder. Often this leads to alienation by friends, family and co-workers who have never experienced cruising.
Cure:
None.
Treatment:
Treatment can be expensive. Seeking the help of a qualified Travel Agent or Vacation Planning Professional is the only known form of alleviating suffering. Support groups such as CruiseCritic.com and Cruise-Addicts have begun popping up over the past several years as this becomes a more widely recognized condition.
